Our project management team use 47 project management processes, and categorized into five process groups.

We use these five process groups to ensure the success of our projects:

  • Take your project from a concept to an actual starting point to get authorization from executives and shareholders. We call it the "go" point.
  • Deploy and activate the project
  • Determine the actual performance of work and activities to meet the project requirements.
  • Determine processes to review and track the progress and quality of work being done to complete as projects deliverables.
  • Before we close the project to you and your stakeholders we will do a synopsis presentation to ensure  we can basically wrap up the loose ends and ensures that everyone involved received their deliverables.

Our Experience:

What we provide to you:

  • Result-oriented with well-defined objectives

  • Measurable products and deliverables

  • A plan consisting of a series of well-defined

        atomised activites

  • Finite resources

  • Defined responsibilities for management of the project
